Best yoga practitioners and teachers in town. I love strong vinyasa flow and mindful yin yoga classes. These practices are an awesome way to stay in good mental and physical health. Yogalab Birmingham provides excellent instruction in these areas. The teachers are always mindful of the various experience levels in the room, gently challenging everyone to find their edge without pushing past their limits. I am very pleased with the friendly and inviting, comfortable, clean and modern atmosphere at the lab.

Whitney Renfroe is simply the most wonderful yoga instructor. She is elegant, skilled and thoughtful as she caters to all levels in her classes. She brings a sweet spirit that has often made me smile and brought happy tears to my eyes and peace to my soul. I’m always thankful when I take her classes and highly recommend her sessions! 🧘‍♀️
